"Edit: I got with a new agent over here Miss. Lily. She has been absolutely nothing but amazing. She calls to check in she answers questions right then and there. She even got back to me just a couple of minutes about a question I forgot she was looking into. Her hard work and how nice and sweet she is has completely changed my mind about this place. One bad apple here does not reflect everyone here. I highly and strongly recommend if you are in need of insurance and want to speak to someone here miss lily is hands down the woman to get with. Katie Stanford you have hired a phenomenal person to represent State Farm and your business. They never called to verify my address and phone number but when I was signing up Will sure called or texted everyday being pushy as hell. I asked for my new rate since I took a vehicle off and still have not gotten a call. So how is it they are able to call and get you to sign up and mail you insurance card but to verify my phone number or address I had to call them to be told all this. This is a clown show"
